Sorry but you talk crap,1 volley from wiyrkomi with 4 damage mod do about 2600-2800damage and not 15000

The best thing would be if CCP handle this like in EVE where you can change 1 x in Year your Attributes so for Dust would be the best 1x in Year a free Respec

I have same problem and i say that cant be possible because i have sharpshooter proficiency at lev 3. CCP has to balance the range of AR to 20-30% less range It cant be that the AR as midrange weapon has more range as longrange weapon
